Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Director of HR Shared Services to lead strategy, design, and execution of a scalable, employee-centric HR support model across the organization. You will partner with Payroll, IT, and business leaders to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

The role encompasses process optimization, technology enablement, and compliance efforts while transforming HR from an administrative function into a strategic partner focused on talent and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or similar functions.
• Experience with HR platforms such as UKG, Workday, or Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for HR Shared Services.
• Lead centralized HR service delivery and governance across locations.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions and automation to improve service.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Establish SLAs, dashboards, and metrics to guide performance.
• Manage compliance, data governance, and risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and scale shared services organization.
