Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Product Enablement Operations Associate Manager to support 3P onboarding, assortment expansion, and portal governance across Ashley’s digital channels.

You will partner with Merchandising, Product Content, Technology, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, efficient product launches and ongoing process improvement. A hands-on, detail‑oriented operator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and tracking action items.
• Experience supporting product onboarding, catalog operations, or assortment expansion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to review metrics and propose next steps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Ashley third-party (3P) operational programs, processes, and systems for onboarding and expansion across digital channels.
• Coordinate with Vendor Management, Merchandising, Product Content, Technology, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Maintain SOPs, training materials, and vendor guidance for portal and product setup processes.
• Support testing, defect validation, and release readiness for portal or system updates.
• Monitor portal activity, adoption, throughput, data quality, and issues; summarize findings and elevate risks.
