Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with demonstrated experience delivering enterprise onboarding projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site deployments and coordinate across executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of complex, multi-community projects with enterprise scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with customer teams and internal departments for seamless execution.
• Engage executive stakeholders as the primary client contact and align solutions with their objectives.
• Design tailored onboarding plans matching client processes and goals.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to configure enterprise-ready solutions.
• Plan onboarding across third-party systems (CRM, billing, HR) and ensure data integrity.
