Job summary

NYCERS is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) reporting to the EPMO Project Portfolio Manager. This individual will be responsible for providing project and organizational change management services in support of the Legacy Retirement Program (LRP) and NYCERS project demands.

The role focuses on enterprise change leadership, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring organizational readiness and adoption throughout the LRP

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change within enterprise programs.
• Ability to coordinate change activities across business, program, technology, and stakeholders.
• Strong project governance, risk, and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LRP OCM strategy and execution across business, tech, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an integrated OCM plan aligned with the LRP schedule.
• Coordinate change activities and readiness across teams.
• Partner with Program Director, PPM, EPMO and workstreams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments.
• Establish and manage change readiness activities and training coordination.
• Provide OCM reporting dashboards and governance updates.
• Monitor readiness and adoption throughout the LRP lifecycle.
• Drive change adoption and sustainability across new processes and roles.
