Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a team leader.
• Experience in banking or financial services technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of system design, development, deployment, and maintenance for application systems.
• Develops technology solutions to increase efficiency and support business opportunities.
• Ensures regulatory and audit compliance through operational processes.
• Plans, designs, develops, and verifies system performance requirements.
• Collaborates across TODD to strengthen risk management and cyber security.
• Supports change management and risk assessment for changes to processes and systems.
• Designs enterprise observability across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Establishes end-to-end visibility into customer journeys and business processes.
• Leads AIOps and predictive monitoring initiatives.
• Develops executive dashboards and analytics on service health and availability.
