Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and ongoing maintenance for all application systems within areas of responsibility.
• Develops technology solutions that increase efficiency of internal business functions.
• Creates and refines operational processes to ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
• Plans, designs, develops, and verifies lifecycle system solutions.
• Assesses customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements and interfaces.
• Supports the planning and monitoring of requirements through management processes.
• Partners across TODD to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security.
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts.
