Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and ongoing maintenance for all application systems within areas of responsibility.
• Develops technology solutions that increase efficiency of internal business functions and support business opportunities.
• Creates and refines operational processes to ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
• Plans, designs, develops, and verifies lifecycle balanced system solutions.
• Defines system performance requirements by evaluating customer and operational needs.
• Supports planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements through management processes.
• Partners with TODD to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management and cyber security.
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when changes are made.
