Job summary

StealthWatch is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join its post-sales team, partnering with customers to drive value after a PoC and into production deployment.

You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, delivering onboarding, guidance and ongoing adoption while collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery to expand use cases and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong networking background including BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, routing and telemetry.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Resident Engineer, Customer Success Engineering or Solutions Delivery).
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers from POC into production deployment.
• Deliver onboarding, implementation and technical guidance.
• Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams.
• Build long-term technical relationships with enterprise customers.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting and platform optimisation.
• Travel to customer sites for key milestones and technical reviews.
