Job summary

Amtrak is seeking a Digital eCommerce Analytics Specialist (Mobile) Senior to lead enterprise-wide mobile device modernization and delivery strategy. You will help shape device management, enrollment models, and reporting for leadership decision-making across nationwide teams.

The role collaborates with OCM, Supplier Management, Engineering, and Digital Technology to ensure mobile solutions meet business needs, drive adoption, and scale operations while aligning with budget cycles.

Qualifications

Experience leading an enterprise-wide mobile device modernization, transformation, or mobility program.
Experience supporting large, distributed workforces.
Demonstrated ability to convert manual processes into structured, repeatable digital workflows with governance.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current processes & recommend improvements for device lifecycle management (procurement to retirement).
Define a standardized, scalable mobile device operating model with clear ownership and decision rights.
Initiate standardized enrollment models (zero-touch, supplier provisioning) and align policies to improve reporting and analytics.
Forecast device demand and evaluate supplier configuration; identify cost savings and contract efficiency; build ROI models.
Analyze mobile device management settings and processes.
Provide enablement for scaling current operations.
Travel nationwide to support training and device readiness.
Assist with user readiness (device access, app and environment setup).
