Responsibilities

Own end-to-end mobile app and loyalty strategy, aligning roadmaps with customer needs and business goals.
Establish prioritization frameworks and governance routines across product, technology, and marketing teams.
Drive app store marketing, paid media alignment, and loyalty integration to improve acquisition and retention.
Develop executive-level scorecards and KPI frameworks to measure app, loyalty, and eCommerce performance.
Use customer insights and experimentation to uncover growth opportunities and translate data into recommendations.
Continuously reassess roadmap priorities based on performance evidence and commercial results.
Partner with Analytics, UX, Merchandising, and Operations to improve customer experience and remove friction.
Communicate performance insights and recommendations to leadership with clear storytelling.
Foster cross-functional accountability and develop a customer-centered team as the role evolves.
