Saab, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to unify Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering under a single enterprise operating model.

The role spans Syracuse, NY; Grayling, MI; West Lafayette, IN; Orlando, FL; Cranston, RI; Bristol, RI; Crow sites and satellite warehouses, with potential future locations. The candidate will balance enterprise standards with site-specific needs, drive continuous improvement, and develop leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years.
• Experience leading multi-site operations or enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to travel ~20% annually to Saab locations in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, standards, KPIs, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, cost, service, and risk.
• Build leadership capability and succession planning across sites and functions.
• Collaborate with Programs, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, and Trade Compliance.
