Job summary

ABM Industries, a leading global facilities solutions provider, seeks a Director of Corporate Learning & Workforce Development to drive the enterprise learning strategy across corporate functions and major transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps, set priorities, and deliver scalable programs that improve performance.

You will oversee learning teams, manage external vendors, establish standards, and use analytics to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development or workforce capability programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning measurement frameworks.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior leaders across complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging learning metrics and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM's enterprise learning and capability-building strategy for corporate functions and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to identify workforce capability gaps and learning priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop learning teams while establishing clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Oversee the portfolio of corporate learning programs, ensuring resources are effectively aligned to business priorities.
• Design and implement learning solutions that support organizational readiness, change adoption, and employee performance.
• Evaluate and implement learning technologies, tools, and platforms that improve scalability and learner experience.
• Manage relationships with external learning vendors and strategic partners.
• Establish standards for instructional design, content quality, branding, and learner engagement.
• Utilize learning analytics and performance data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance ABM's learning strategy.
