Responsibilities

• LEARNING TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY Lead development and execution of the enterprise learning technology strategy, ecosystem architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• GOVERNANCE Establish and lead governance processes for learning platforms, technology standards, operating practices, vendor management, and ecosystem decision-making.
• ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND INNOVATION Lead the evaluation, piloting, adoption, and scaling of artificial intelligence-enabled learning solutions and emerging technologies.
• STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS Partner with IT, HR, Talent, Compliance, and stakeholders to align technology with development priorities.
• DATA AND MEASUREMENT Establish learning data, analytics, and measurement capabilities connected to outcomes.
• LEARNER EXPERIENCE Improve discovery, accessibility, personalization, recommendations, and navigation across learning tech.
• VENDOR MANAGEMENT Manage external providers to maximize value and service quality.
• CHANGE MANAGEMENT Lead communication and adoption initiatives for new tech and capabilities.
• ENTERPRISE COLLABORATION Build partnerships to ensure alignment and scalable implementations.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Provide thought leadership on trends and opportunities in learning.
