Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Training and Development, or related business experience.
• Strong leadership development subject matter expertise and experience creating innovative leadership learning experiences.
• Proven ability to drive business performance and develop leaders and high-performance teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence executive audiences.
• Experience leading measurement and evaluation of learning solutions; global needs assessments.

Responsibilities

• LEARNING TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY: Lead development and execution of the enterprise learning technology strategy, ecosystem architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• GOVERNANCE: Establish and lead governance processes for learning platforms, technology standards, and vendor management.
• ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND INNOVATION: Lead evaluation, piloting, adoption, and scaling of AI-enabled learning solutions.
• STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS: Align technology capabilities with organizational development priorities and enterprise goals.
• DATA AND MEASUREMENT: Establish learning data, analytics, and metrics connecting activity to business outcomes.
• LEARNER EXPERIENCE: Improve discovery, accessibility, personalization, recommendations, and navigation across learning tech.
• VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Evaluate, select, manage, and optimize external providers.
• CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Lead communication, adoption, and change initiatives for new technologies.
• ENTERPRISE COLLABORATION: Partner across Learning & Development, Talent, HR, IT, and stakeholders.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Identify future trends and opportunities to modernize the enterprise learning ecosystem.
