Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with leadership in large initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, including editing.
• Expertise in project management and instructional design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, MS Office, Publisher, WebEx and OneDrive.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide development initiatives aligning with priorities.
• Identify capability needs and design scalable development solutions.
• Coordinate across Learning & Development and partners.
• Develop content for virtual and in-person experiences.
• Ensure programs are measured for impact and adoption.
• Plan projects, manage timelines, and oversee quality.
