The role is hybrid, with remote work and in‑person at the San Ramon campus, plus periodic travel to Oakland or other PG&E

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in learning, program or project management, performance consulting, or training development.
• Experience managing multiple complex learning projects.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to align learning strategies across delivery partners and leadership.
• Experience in human performance consulting, instructional design, training delivery, and learning assessment.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise learning strategy by translating business priorities into integrated learning programs.
• Advise senior leaders and build alignment across competing priorities.
• Guide high‑visibility initiatives from strategy through implementation and measurement.
• Mobilize cross‑functional teams with change management and learning design best practices.
• Drive ROI insights and industry trends to improve outcomes and value.
• Coach learning professionals and represent the function in enterprise forums.
