Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt preferred.
• Experience with PG&E metrics development and production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Program Manager for one of PG&E's Lines of Business.
• Engage all end-to-end stakeholders through weekly communication and program meetings.
• Develop standardized tools, reports, and activities to proactively manage execution and risks.
• Identify opportunities and influence process improvements.
• Support development of standardized internal practices and tool utilization for consistency.
