• Experience in utility distribution and station projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Program Manager for one of PG&E's Lines of Business.
• Lead weekly communication and program execution meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop standardized tools, reports, and activities to manage execution and risks.
• Identify opportunities and drive process improvement activities.
• Support standardized internal practices and tools for consistency.
• Process mapping, permit expirations oversight, and out-year planning.
• Drive cross-functional engagement and Lean Management System integration.
