Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related work experience.
• 10 years of related HR work experience.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior executives, including ability to influence leaders at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel to coworkers and leaders in the organization.
• Lead and deliver complex People Programs to specified clients (Performance Management, Pay Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Labor Relations).
• Partner with leaders to align practices with business goals and deliver value-added service.
• Interpret and analyze People metrics to inform strategic decisions and craft data storytelling.
