Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years direct experience in development/learning roles
• Proven leadership in large-scale initiatives with enterprise impact
• Excellent verbal and written communication, editing and collaboration skills
• Expertise in project management and instructional design principles
• Proficiency with collaboration and content tools (Adobe, Office, WebEx) and virtual delivery platforms

Responsibilities

• ENTERPRISE CAPABILITY BUILDING: Identify emerging workforce capability needs and translate into practical development solutions.
• LEADERSHIP: Lead enterprise-wide development initiatives across Learning & Development and partners.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND FUTURE READINESS: Scan trends, identify opportunities, and champion new approaches.
• DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE DESIGN: Drive initiatives from concept to implementation with hands-on execution.
• CONTENT: Create content for virtual, in-person, and digital experiences; apply adult learning principles.
• QUALITY AND IMPACT: Ensure experiences are relevant, effective, and measurable.
• PROJECT PLANNING: Lead plans and execution from design through evaluation.
• COMMUNICATION: Deliver clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Manage external learning providers and contracts.
