Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks an Associate Director of Learning & Development to shape corporate L&D strategy and align it with regional needs. You will lead initiatives, partner with L&D Solutions, deliver curricula, and ensure programs meet employee and organizational goals.

The role requires 10–15 years in HR with talent management, a global mindset, and strong executive development and change management skills.

Qualifications

10–15 years in human resources management with emphasis in talent management
Global mindset and regional experience preferred
Experience in executive and leadership development
Leadership development and talent management experience required
Organization development/change management experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Acts as a partner with BHR and division leaders to provide L&D support to achieve business objectives.
Analyzes division needs and identifies performance gaps to align solutions with goals.
Leads the L&D team and contributes to the corporate function leadership.
Develops global L&D strategies and annual plans.
Contributes to talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Maintains relationships with business leaders and measures program impact.
