AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Vice President, People Strategy & Transformation to lead the People Experience function and drive enterprise-scale HR transformation.

This role will unify people strategy, technology, and communications under a single leadership mandate, shaping the next generation of HR value delivery across the global organization. The ideal candidate will translate vision into executable strategy, build high-performing teams, and influence senior leaders to prioritize strategic HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale HR strategy and technology programs.
• Ability to translate vision into executable strategy and drive change across a global organization.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Define and champion an enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with AbbVie’s priorities and long-term PE philosophy.
• Lead People Branding & storytelling to articulate EVP and talent brand globally with external stakeholders.
• Own HR strategy planning, annual prioritization, and cross-functional prioritization across PE functions.
• Oversee budgeting, multi-year roadmaps, and resource allocation to ensure high-value delivery.
• Provide executive leadership for HR technology strategy and Workday roadmap, including AI solutions.
• Oversee Chief of Staff functions and ensure integrated execution across HRLT.
• Manage the HR Global Portfolio with transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
