Job summary

Superior Rigging & Erecting seeks an experienced Learning & Organizational Development Manager to lead the enterprise learning function. Based in Atlanta, this fully in-office role partners with executive leadership to strengthen organizational capability through structured programs, onboarding, and leadership development across SRE and Heaton Erecting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development experience.
• Demonstrated success building enterprise learning programs from concept through implementation.
• Experience partnering directly with executive and operational leadership.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and managing a Learning Management System.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between company locations and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Learning Strategy & Organizational Development: Develop and execute the company's learning and organizational development strategy.
• Learning Strategy & Organizational Development: Partner with executive leadership to identify organizational capability needs.
• Learning Design & Delivery: Design leadership development programs that strengthen supervisors, managers, and future leaders.
• Learning Systems: Administer and enhance the Learning Management System.
