Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Learning & Development Manager in Carrollton, GA to lead our learning strategy across field operations, project management, safety, and quality. You will create scalable programs that develop craft professionals, field leaders, and future leaders, partnering with Operations, Safety, Quality, HR, and executives.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing training programs for field personnel and leaders.
• Experience leading training personnel and overseeing learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide workforce development strategy aligning with operational priorities.
• Govern LMS governance, content management, reporting, and learning pathways.
• Identify training needs across field operations, project management, fabrication, quality, and corporate functions.
• Lead leadership development programs for current managers and emerging leaders.
• Coach and develop L&D team members; align training with business priorities and safety/quality standards.
