Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Learning to lead our enterprise learning strategy, governance, and technology experience across Store Operations and Corporate functions.

You will partner with leaders, SMEs, HR partners, and delivery/design teams to assess capability needs, prioritize investments, and ensure solutions drive business outcomes. The role focuses on building a scalable learning ecosystem, enhancing associate readiness and performance, and leveraging AI-enabled learning

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading teams through complex priorities and cross-functional work.
• Experience supporting frontline, retail, operational, or corporate learning environments.
• Experience utilizing Workday Learning or a comparable enterprise LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise learning strategies aligning with business goals.
• Lead needs assessments and capability planning with business leaders to identify gaps and priorities.
• Establish enterprise learning roadmaps and governance for curricula, standards, and decision-making.
• Partner with design, delivery, and technology teams to keep curricula relevant and scalable.
• Serve as strategic learning consultant translating business challenges into practical learning solutions.
