Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in learning and development or related field.
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives and transformations.
• Strong instructional design skills and adult learning knowledge.
• Ability to partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities
