Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a seasoned project and program manager to lead client upskilling and reskilling initiatives. You will coordinate across Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery, and client stakeholders from planning through completion.

You will act as the operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries, collaborating with the account's sales lead and Operations Delivery to ensure all items are completed and on time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project and program management experience.
• 2+ years in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6+ years work experience.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, data, or programming to discuss with client tech stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and a track record of using them.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, LMS, or enterprise training programs.
• Ability to identify patterns in recurring problems and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client upskilling and reskilling programs, coordinating Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery, and client stakeholders from planning through completion.
• Serve as the operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries, partnering with the account's sales lead and Operations Delivery to ensure delivery items are completed.
• Plan and implement delivery for deals combining instructor-led training, on-demand learning, accelerators, and other offerings, creating a cohesive program.
• Build trusted relationships with client program owners and sponsors, working with Customer Success Managers.
• Own program reporting for clients, covering progress, learner engagement, completion, risks, and next steps.
• Track commitments against delivery, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
• Drive process improvement and standards for private instructor-led deliveries and programs.
