Job summary

Adobe is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and deliver role-based learning experiences as part of the Transformation Office. You will collaborate with Change Managers, Program Managers, Product Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to craft learning journeys that prepare employees and partners for new processes and systems.

You will develop eLearning modules, simulations, job aids, videos, and other deliverables, while ensuring content stays current throughout the project

Qualifications

• Experience designing persona-based curricula aligned to adoption goals.
• Ability to translate complex processes into learner-friendly content.
• Experience creating eLearning modules, simulations, quick references, and vILT materials.
• Ability to gather requirements from SMEs and stakeholders and validate content accuracy.
• Experience maintaining learning content as programs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Change Managers, Program Managers, Product Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to assess training needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain role-based curricula, learning journeys, and training plans.
• Translate complex processes into learner-friendly content for various personas.
• Create engaging training deliverables including eLearning modules, simulations, guides, videos, and vILT materials.
• Partner with SMEs to gather requirements and incorporate use cases into materials.
• Support delivery activities including facilitator prep, communications, and readiness activities.
• Ensure content remains current as requirements evolve.
• Support governance and content management processes.

• Support training delivery activities including facilitator preparation, learner communications, office hours, knowledge transfer sessions, and training readiness activities.

• Contribute to training governance, content review cycles, and content management processes to support high-quality and scalable learning solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Instructional Designer in Adobe's Transformation Office, you will be a key member supporting the Helix (Buying at Adobe) transformation and related enterprise initiatives. You will partner with Change Managers, Program Managers, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and execute role-based learning experiences that prepare employees, contingent workers, and business partners for new processes, systems, and ways of working. Your work will help drive user readiness, minimize disruption, and accelerate adoption across Adobe's global organization.

• oConducting training needs assessments and building persona-based curricula aligned to business outcomes and adoption goals.
• oDesigning and developing enterprise-scale learning solutions for business process, technology, or digital transformation programs.
• oCreating on-demand learning content in platforms such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Storyline, or equivalent eLearning tools.
• oDeveloping instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced learning experiences utilizing a variety of tools including PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video production tools.
• oCreating simulations, scenario-based learning, and interactive practice environments.
