Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Specialist to lead enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives aimed at improving safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role requires deep Lean knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record mentoring leaders, aligning continuous improvement with corporate objectives, and scaling practices across locations to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field required.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, engineering or related
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate enterprise-wide concepts to executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence through mentoring leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, variation, and drive ROI.
• Advises senior site leadership to achieve advanced Kenco Operating System maturity targets.
• Oversees value creation initiatives and provides strategic ROI insights.
• Guides Hoshin planning to align the organization around strategic priorities.
• Drives implementation of Minimum Requirements at startup and priority locations.
• Performs advanced process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Leads advanced training on Kenco Operating System and Lean tools.
• Drives change management initiatives at the organizational level.
• Collaborates with executives to align initiatives with long-term objectives.
• Mentors leaders in Lean tools and sustainable improvements at scale.
