Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to join a co-managed team working with Operational leaders to deliver value across customer networks. The role supports the Kenco Operating System (KOS) and applies Lean and Six Sigma across enterprise value streams to achieve measurable results.

The position emphasizes analytics, reporting storytelling, LMS integration, and cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, BI, IT, and Operations to drive continuous improvement and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Logistics Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of applied experience in a distribution setting (or 3PL) or a Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with WCS, Automation solutions preferred.
• Programming knowledge (Python, R, C++).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train junior Industrial Engineers.
• Lead implementation of analytics applications with Data Science, BI, IT and Operations teams.
• Develop reporting as a storytelling tool to drive action.
• Lead LMS integration with WCS and WMS.
• Drive value creation via Lean and Six Sigma methods; cost reduction.
• Track Value Creation Index (VCI) across projects.
