Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an IT Asset Management Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of ITAM solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate business and governance requirements into scalable platform architecture, advising on license optimization, asset lifecycle strategy, and data governance across HAM, SAM, EAM, and CCM.

Qualifications

• Practical experience applying AI tools like Otto and AI Control Tower to asset management workflows.
• Experience in IT asset management, software asset management, or related enterprise IT operations roles
• Demonstrated experience architecting ITAM solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integration as it relates to asset data accuracy
• Executive presence and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Background in data governance, data catalogs, ontologies, or business intelligence
• Collaborative, one-team mindset across sales, solution consulting, and delivery

Responsibilities

• Architect ITAM solutions for ServiceNow implementations across HAM, SAM, EAM, and CCM
• Define data models, integration patterns, and CMDB alignment strategies
• Guide customers through discovery-to-normalization data flows and reconciliation processes
• Provide evidence-based assessments of ITAM maturity, license compliance risk, and cost optimization strategies
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable, technically sound architecture
• Identify risks, gaps, and technical debt to leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor Technical Consultants and Business Process Consultants on ITAM design patterns
