Job summary

Ultipro's Global Tech Services (GTS) in Memphis, TN is seeking an independent IT professional to support enterprise-wide systems across Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Retail, and Back Office operations. You will troubleshoot, document, and implement technical solutions to maintain reliable systems.

This full-time role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-project management while providing occasional domestic travel and a flexible schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of endpoint technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Manage IT ticketing system for hardware/software issues, configure mobile devices and scanners, install and maintain printer systems, perform network cable installation and maintenance.
• System Management: Imaging and deployment of desktops/laptops/tablets, software installation, asset tracking, network infrastructure support, vendor liaison.
• Documentation & Process: Maintain knowledge base, implement process improvements, follow escalation procedures, monitor warranty periods, track IT assets.
