Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an IT Technician to implement, operate, and support employee and customer-facing software and systems under the direction of the Technology Support Director. The role includes imaging, patching, backups, and after-hours support, with emphasis on efficient issue resolution and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, 2 years in IT, and any certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience preferred; experience with Fiserv Precision a plus.
• Industry related certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, troubleshoot and support peripheral systems and applications.
• Plan and support system imaging, patching, and deployment of new hardware/software.
• Perform data backups and handle after-hours IT support as needed.
• Resolve help desk tickets including AD lockouts, PC issues, software and peripheral hardware.
• Contribute to process improvements and document procedures.
