Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology-related field or 1-3 years experience providing tech support in an enterprise internal service center.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of technical support specialists for thousands of users.
• Perform system administration tasks for desktops and laptops across OS.
• Provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Offer remote and phone support to resolve user issues efficiently.
• Manage deployment and reclamation of computer equipment and keep asset records up to date.
• Document all work in internal tools and systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer support to maintain productivity and a positive experience.
