Job summary

Urgo Medical in the United States (Fort Worth, TX) is seeking an IT Support Specialist with strong enterprise IT experience to support UMNA infrastructure, users, and automation initiatives.

You will work with SAP ERP, SQL, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Snowflake, Azure, and Active Directory, providing end-user support and system administration across Windows Server environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise IT support or system administration roles.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAP, Windows Server, Windows 11, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Office 365 administration, Teams, SharePoint, and VoIP systems.
• SAP Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• ERP Support: Assist with existing ERP and SAP Implementation, Support/Training, Automation, and Integration with EDI and other Business Platforms.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline IT/Business operations.
• Database Management: Perform SQL queries, manage databases, and support cloud data solutions.
• User Management: User provisioning, permissions, and management via Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Etc.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Support end-users, resolving issues related to Windows 11, Teams, VoIP, SharePoint, audio-visual equipment, Etc.
• System Administration: Help maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, SQL Server, Power BI, and Snowflake environments.
• Collaboration Tools: Support Teams, SharePoint, VoIP, and other communication tools.
• Documentation: Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Grow in a Global Team: Assist Global URGO IT as needed and work within published procedures.
