Job summary

Tek Ninjas is seeking an IT Business Support Associate for a 3+ month engagement in Dallas. The role focuses on providing technical and operational support for business systems, applications and hardware, ensuring requests are triaged accurately and quickly with attention to enterprise architecture impact.

You will work with a cross-functional team under the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Systems, to review requests, answer questions, and, when needed, help develop high-level system

Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes.
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and team orientation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Visio and Smartsheet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to IT business system, application and hardware requests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Systems.
• Help create high-level system and data architectural diagrams when needed.
• Provide insights and feedback on requests and their potential business impact.
