Job summary

Tek Ninjas is seeking an IT Business Support Associate for a 3+ month engagement in Dallas. The role focuses on providing technical and operational support for business systems, applications and hardware, ensuring requests are triaged accurately and quickly with attention to enterprise architecture impact.

You will work with a cross-functional team under the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Systems, to review requests, answer questions, and, when needed, help develop high-level system

Job Title: IT Business Support Associate

Description:

Position Summary: Client is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for business system, application and hardware requests. This role ensures that requests are being triaged in an accurate and timely manner, understanding the nature of the requests and their overall impact on enterprise architecuture.

Key Responsibilities: You'll report into the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Systems, working cloesly to provide insights and feedback on requests and their potential business impact. You'll work with a cross-functional team to support review requests and Q&A, being asked to set meeting when necessary. You may be asked to help with high level system and data architectural diagrams when necesary. You'll also be asked to help in additional areas as needed.
