MeeDerby is seeking an Account Executive to own a high-potential Wisconsin territory in IT staffing. You will hunt new enterprise clients, expand existing accounts, and drive contract IT staffing revenue across Brookfield and greater Milwaukee, partnering with senior leadership to win and grow business.

The role offers hybrid work (in-office Tue-Thu, remote Mon & Fri) and a first-year total compensation potential of $100K-$150K+, with base salary, draw structure, and performance-based

Qualificações

• 3+ years of staff augmentation sales experience with enterprise customers.
• Experience selling IT staffing and engineering resources.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and growing accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand relationships across Wisconsin.
• Identify staffing needs and present contract IT staffing solutions.
• Lead in-person meetings with IT decision-makers and hiring leaders.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver qualified talent.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasts in CRM.
