Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years of technology experience, including 4+ years managing staff.
• Knowledge of modern enterprise technology trends and their business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for OCTA’s enterprise applications, data and analytics, content management, collaboration, automation, and low-code technology functions.
• Establish department strategies, roadmaps, standards, governance, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives, business needs, risk, and available resources.
• Direct lifecycle management, modernization, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications while reducing technical debt.
• Lead data warehousing, integration, BI, reporting, and analytics capabilities with data quality and governance.
• Oversee SharePoint, enterprise content management, intranet, eForms, Power Platform, automation, and related collaboration technologies.
• Partner with business leaders to modernize processes and identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Ensure disciplined delivery of technology projects with clear scope, milestones, risk management, and transition to operations.
• Collaborate on cybersecurity, privacy, architecture, infrastructure, continuity, and support requirements.
• Develop and manage department budgets, staffing plans, and vendor contracts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
