Job summary

IDS International is seeking a PC Technician to support enterprise IT operations and end-user support at Fort Bragg, NC. You will assist with system maintenance, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and IT security for Army and Joint Mission Command system requirements.

Qualifications include an Associate degree or four years of IT experience, knowledge of networking concepts and cyber threats, and the DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) basic certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or four years' professional experience.
• DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) basic certification.
• Solid knowledge of computer networking concepts.
• Understanding of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Experience supporting IT systems in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot workstations.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support in an Enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot system hardware and software.
• Configure and validate network workstations.
• Document and query reported incidents.
• Support IT system operation, maintenance, and security.
• Support Army/Joint Mission Command interoperability requirements.
