• Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of basic physical computer components and IT architecture.
• Knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting system hardware and software.
• Knowledge of configuring and validating network workstations.
• Knowledge of documenting and querying reported incidents.
• Understanding interoperability of Army and Joint Mission Command systems.
• Experience providing IT support in an enterprise environment.

Job Description

The selected candidate will assist with system maintenance, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and IT support activities while supporting Army and Joint Mission Command system requirements.
