Northwest Partners LLC is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technical support and network management across enterprise environments in Jacksonville, FL. The role includes designing network architectures, deploying and securing IT infrastructure, and implementing backup, disaster recovery, and maintenance programs.

You will provide Tier 1–3 support, manage email systems, firewalls, and virtualization, and ensure stability, security, and availability.

Qualifications

• Experience providing tier 1–3 enterprise IT support.
• Strong knowledge of network design, architecture, and administration.
• Experience with routers, switches, servers, and virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity infrastructure and data center operations.
• Experience building backup, recovery, and business continuity plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide level 1–3 technical support for users, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Design and maintain network topologies and architectures with IT leadership.
• Plan and support IT infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cellular networks.
• Manage email, virtual servers, firewalls, load balancers, and security tools.
• Support data center infrastructure, including power, cabling, and telephony.
• Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and DR plans.
• Establish patching standards and preventive maintenance governance.
• Handle IT tickets and service requests to ensure reliable service.
