NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee reliability, security, and performance of enterprise network infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role acts as the technical owner for assigned platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with standards.

You will collaborate with internal IT teams and external providers, manage server operations, network devices, and disaster recovery planning, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent Experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in Windows Server and enterprise networking.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day server operations and performance monitoring.
• Plan routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
• Administer network infrastructure across locations, including VLANs and VPNs.
• Develop infrastructure standards and lifecycle management.
• Maintain software licensing compliance and support agreements.
• Monitor downtime, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with MSPs and IT teams to maintain system health.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of critical IT resources.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Create documentation and infrastructure diagrams; mentor staff.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
