- 6–8 years of enterprise Microsoft and collaboration platforms engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of M365/O365, Exchange, and email security tools.
- Experience partnering with security/architecture teams to stay compliant and secure.
- Product ownership mindset with ability to define roadmaps and drive adoption.
- Effective communication across technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the backend M365 platform portfolio including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Manage Exchange hybrid config, mail flow, and related email technologies.
- Administer Proofpoint, Google Enterprise Platform, Metallic, DocuSign, and Smartsheet.
- Monitor health, automate processes, and drive reliability improvements.
