BAE Systems in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Project Manager II-Tech / IT Change Manager to drive adoption of IT changes across PMO and enterprise audiences, ensuring program objectives are met and successful transitions from current to future states.

You will lead all aspects of change management, develop deliverables including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, readiness analysis, coaching and resistance management, and serve as Deployment IPT lead for a major program's

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years relevant experience leading enterprise-wide changes.
Experience leading change across IT infrastructure, applications, PMO processes or governance.
Exceptional written and oral communication; able to present at EVP/Board level.
Proven deliverables for the five change levers: comms plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, resistance plan.
Experience with communications, training and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of change management for assigned projects.
Design, develop, implement, deliver, track and manage change deliverables.
Drive communications, training, stakeholder engagement and readiness analyses.
Serve as Deployment IPT lead for a major program, managing go-live and cutover activities.
