General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) seeks an IT Project Mgmt Principal to lead complex ERP deployments with minimal travel. This remote-friendly role requires deep ERP and project management expertise to meet timelines, budgets, and quality—while driving user adoption and on-site training.

The position emphasizes change management, governance, and stakeholder coordination within a high-performance defense industry environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 8–10 years' experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Manages technical and non-technical aspects of the project.
• Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of the project.
• Assembles IT project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project.
• Serves as liaison between team members and management regarding IT projects.
• Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
• Possesses strong knowledge of information technology.
