Job summary

Taazaa is seeking a Project manager/Business Analyst to support an enterprise client engagement, owning the operating discipline behind the innovation and change pipeline. You will manage two to four major initiatives at a time, driving vision and adoption between meetings while ensuring continuity across concurrent efforts.

The role requires hands-on Azure DevOps and SharePoint work, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate in a matrixed organization across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or business analysis in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed organization with influence as a key driver.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint to build and maintain stakeholder-facing sites.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, movement, and documentation of ideas, issues, and solutions with metadata for pipeline usability.
• Run intake and ensure items move; own pipeline performance and metrics.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities while managing the process by hand where needed.
