Job summary

Whatnot is seeking an Enterprise Software Engineer to bridge engineering and customer success. You will design and implement bespoke integrations on Whatnot’s APIs, collaborating with enterprise sellers, engineers, and product teams to scale onboarding and support.

This role blends coding with customer collaboration to shape the future of live commerce. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of software engineering experience, a CS-related degree or equivalent, and comfort working directly with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work with customers directly, translating needs into scalable solutions.
Experience speaking with customers and translating requirements into platform fixes.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement bespoke integrations leveraging Whatnot’s APIs and platform capabilities.
Translate seller needs into scalable solutions while collaborating with engineering, product, and account management.
Build durable tooling, workflows, and support infrastructure to scale onboarding and post-sale support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex post-sale technical challenges and define future support strategies.
