Job summary

Everon in the United States seeks an experienced Operations Leader to oversee the Install workforce, driving productivity and profitability across locations. You will supervise staffing, scheduling, and materials, while supporting sales and client proposals.

Required are 5–7 years in business operations or sales with field leadership, plus a 4-year degree (Master’s preferred). Travel may be required; on-site role based in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Experience with employee relations, talent management, teamwork and customer service.
• Strong time management, planning and forward-thinking abilities.
• Ability to influence peers and management.
• Familiarity with NFPA 25 and NFPA 72.
• Willingness to travel, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform site tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the Install workforce activities.
• Ensure gross profit objectives via productivity, scheduling and billings.
• Supervise deployment, utilization and materials purchasing.
• Control indirect costs and expenses below budget.
• Provide sales support to keep field technicians productive.
• Prepare proposals for potential clients.
• Set realistic schedules to maximize resources.
• Coordinate activities to generate sales at/above standards.
• Determine staffing needs and conduct annual/month-end reviews.
• Prepare budgets and reports documenting results.
