Job summary

Everon is seeking a senior operations leader to plan, implement, and manage the Commercial Service workforce across multiple locations. The role focuses on profitability, productive scheduling, and effective resource deployment.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and the ability to drive sales support and client proposals while maintaining high service standards and adherence to safety and security guidelines. Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of business experience in sales and/or operations, with at least 3 years in field leadership within service/security industries.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the Commercial Service workforce activities.
• Ensure group meets gross profit objectives via field productivity, scheduling, billings and cost control.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, development, and performance reviews.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate resources for client projects.
• Supervise expenses, budgets, revenues, and monthly reporting.
• Provide sales support to keep service technicians productive.
